Emotions


To handle your emotions, is a great thing to do, you can't handle this all the time of course but you can practice on that. 

In my point of view With great experience in muting my feelings i don't agree with that, i believe that as long as you let your emotions flow you will be free. 

You can select the people you want to share those feelings with or how to control the consequences, but you can't make them silent all the time, This is against our human nature. 


Anger, fear, love, missing, gratitude, carelessness, joy and all other feelings we must respect them , and guess what? if we used to that we will know things about ourselves, our sides which haven't been taste yet, our real reason of anger issues who really loves us and who pretend to be. i am not giving a permission to fake an emotion to know who is here for you, but i am just saying it makes «YOU» at the end, so baby let it go! 

Whatever people called you a sensitive guy or someone who takes every thing seriously, don't care, This is just you. 

Even if there are days when you are unbearable, its ok there will be days when you can't handle with happiness too. 

And here an advice, keep the humans who were there (i mean in both situations). 

Love your self and give it the right to breathe,  our bodies breathe by letting oxygen in and carbon dioxide out, but if you want your soul to breathe just let everything go, and what is meant fo you, will  always find you whatever it was. 

 Jalaluddin Rumi says: "استغني يا ولدي فمن ترك ملك"  which means "Let it go kid, Whatever you left behind, you will get it back" 

Don't force yourself to feel anything you don't really feel, believe me when you do that you give yourself  a chance to find what is really means for you, and you will  give a way to another person to taste the things you left behind, who  can handle it better than you:).
