Emotions
To handle your emotions, is a great thing to do, you can't handle this all the time of course but you can practice on that. In my point of view With great experience in muting my feelings i don't agree with that, i believe that as long as you let your emotions flow you will be free. You can select the people you want to share those feelings with or how to control the consequences, but you can't make them silent all the time, This is against our human nature. Anger, fear, love, missing, gratitude, carelessness, joy and all other feelings we must respect them , and guess what? if we used to that we will know things about ourselves, our sides which haven't been taste yet, our real reason of anger issues who really loves us and who pretend to be. i am not giving a permission to fake an emotion to know who is here for you, but i am just saying it makes «YOU» at the end, so baby let it go!
